Having studied at a Management School, Anne Valverde dedicated herself to photography.

In 1995, she was a prize-winner in the AGFA European Competition.

She set up the “Premier déclic” photographic studio in 1999.

Her work has been influenced by great artists such as Basquiat and Warhol. Since 2007, inspired by her travels and by architectural drawing, she has taken an interest in the world’s great cities: New York, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Paris and London.

She has plans to work on Shanghai.

Exhibitions

In 2001, Anne Valverde took part in a show in Saint-Tropez, Latitude 20, à l’ombre du soleil and in the “Salon l’art du jardin” in Paris. In the same year she exhibited her photographs at the Carrousel du Louvre.

In 2002, works by Anne Valverde were exhibited at the Forum des Halles FNAC in Paris.

In 2003, she also took part in the “Habiter” show at the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris.

Several exhibitions were dedicated to Anne Valverde in Paris in 2004: Afrique Est/Ouest: Sénégal – Zanzibar at Ebony, Kenyatta road and Sénégal at L’Ile de la Tortue.

Then, in 2005, she presented the exhibition Impressions d’Afriques at Franck & fils and Rajasthan at L’Ile de la Tortue in Paris.

In 2006, Anne Valverde had two exhibitions, one at the Toast Gallery in Paris and the other at the Artgénération gallery.

Her works were then presented in Brussels, at the New York exhibition at the De Caritat Gallery. Anne Valverde also took part in the Mac 2007 exhibition at the Espace Champéret in Paris.

Three exhibitions were dedicated to her work in Paris during 2008: New York Serial Colors at the Galerie Art Jingle, Cities at the headquarters of the Banque Fédérale, and one at the “Salon de Montrouge”.
